Are you stressed and tired?

 

If winter makes you feel stressed and tired, then follow this simple recipe for a quick rejuvenation.

 

1. SALT BATH

Dissolve 26 oz. of plain salt in a bathtub. Add 7-10 drops of lavender essential oil. Soak your whole body for 15-20 mins. Also make sure to wash your face with this water. Then rinse salt in a shower, if you want.

 

2. DISCONNECT NEGATIVE DRAINING CONNECTIONS from other people as you learned in Pranic Healing course.

 

3. Do TWIN HEARTS MEDITATION.

Do this simple harmonizing meditation as you learned in the Pranic Healing class or follow the guided CD.
